Miscellaneous utility commands.

• :align vertically aligns occurences of patterns
• :asciitable prints a nice ascii table
• :date fills in date(1) placeholders
• :goto opens a picker with all occurences of a search pattern across all "relevant" files
• :scour runs a global command across all "relevant" files
• :seq allows command lists to be defined in a single line
